Two Sides to every Tragedy

In Sacramento we recently had an unusual shooting. A reportedly homeless woman shot a disabled man who allegedly refused to give her any money when she panhandled from him. Marcos Breton, a regular Sacramento Bee columnist, gives us the reactionary response.
