More wasted money

The office of Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction has been refunded since the Democratic Congress came to power and has found that about 6 billion dollars worth of reconstruction projects are languishing or have been destroyed because the Iraq central government is unwilling or unable to take over the administration of the projects.
